A 1975 graduate magna cum laude of Middlebury College and a 1980 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Mr. Mallory has practiced law in New Hampshire since 1980, focusing on personal injury claims and defense, including catastrophic injury cases, complex civil litigation, medical malpractice, construction litigation and insurance coverage disputes, representing plaintiffs and defendants, insurers and policyholders. Mr. Mallory has briefed or argued more than 20 New Hampshire Supreme Court and United States Circuit Court of Appeals cases that have resulted in written opinions, most involving insurance coverage issues.
